Summary
I lead efforts in creating a design system to unite product teams around a common visual language. The goal was to reduces design and development debt, accelerate the process, and builds bridges between teams to bring our product to life. The design systems enabled teams to build a better product faster by making design reusable as reusability makes scale possible.

A New Visual Language
With a solid product in place, my role was to collaborate with leadership and the design team to establish a cohesive visual strategy and design system.

This approach was supported by a robust grid system and progressive disclosure of information to manage complexity seamlessly.
